Implementation

Implementation consists of software, hardware, and voice profile creation and storage.  The goal is to provide the best "out-of-the-box" experience for each end-user.  Combining the proper software and hardware will allow for the fastest and most accurate recognition.

A thorough implementation plan specific to each site is provided.  The plan documents what each party should expect during the process.  For example, important contact personal such as a site's MEDITECH application specialists and trainers need to be brought into the plan so that the users expectations can be coordinated with their actual knowledge of navigating within MEDITECH.  Also, the IS department will need to know where they are going to host the users voice profiles and whether workstations need to be upgraded.  The software, hardware, and voice profiles links provide a general guideline.
