Requirements
Hardware capability must be given strong consideration.
Proper compatibility and speed are one of several keys required
for successful operation. Speech recognition applications
will take advantage of extra computing power.

- CPU: 1.8Ghz or faster (2.4GHz strongly recommended,
Laptop dual core 1.6GHz)
- RAM: 1GB or more (2GB strongly recommended)
- Sound: (1) 16-bit microphone input jack for analog wired
microphone or (1) available USB port if using USB microphone
equipment
- Storage: Up to 2.5 GB on local drive
- O/S: Microsoft®
Windows® XP, VISTA, 2000 (SP4)
- Server
- 0 -> 250MB/user depending on selected options, such as Roaming and Backup
- Standard Dragon installation does not typically require
purchasing additional servers as only storage space for the
voice profiles is needed. No application or process is
running on the server.
